Privacy
Naturally Immune MD collects one thing from readers: an email address, and only if you type it into the subscribe form yourself. This page says what happens to it. It is written in plain terms rather than as a legal notice, and it describes what the site actually does.
What we hold
- The email address you submitted.
- The date you submitted it, and which page the form was on.
- Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, your age, which supplements you take or anything about your health, and there is no field on the form that would let you give them.
What we use it for
To tell you when a grade changes, when a new review is published, or when a regulator or guidance body does something that alters the picture. That is all, and there is no schedule: if nothing moves in a given month, no email is sent that month.
We make no product recommendations, so there is nothing to promote to you, and the site takes no sponsored placements and uses no affiliate links. How the site is funded, and how grades and corrections are handled, is set out in the editorial policy and in how we grade evidence.
Who it is shared with
Nobody. Your address is not sold, rented, swapped, published or passed to a supplement brand, a retailer, a laboratory, a clinic or an advertiser. It is not uploaded to any advertising platform and it is not used to build a lookalike or custom audience. The only parties that ever touch it are the hosting and email providers that store and deliver the list on our behalf, and they may not use it for anything of their own.
How long we keep it
For as long as you want the updates. When you unsubscribe the record is deleted rather than flagged as unsubscribed, so there is nothing left to reactivate later. If you have never opened an email from us in two years we remove you without being asked.
How to have it removed
Every email carries an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. You can also write to us through the contact page and ask us to delete the address, or to tell you what we hold against it, and we will do it by hand. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one.
Cookies and tracking
We set no advertising or tracking cookies and we run no advertising pixel. If that changes, this page changes with it before the change goes live.
Children
This site is written for adults reading evidence about their own decisions. The updates are not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly keep an address belonging to a child. If you believe we hold one, write through the contact page and we will delete it.
Changes to this page
If what we do with an address changes, this page is updated and the date here changes with it. Material changes are described in an update rather than only here. This version is dated 3 October 2026.
Who publishes this site, and how to reach a person, are on the about page and the contact page.
